Dr Marc Stephens (CV here) is MD of OpenCities. Marc worked as an external consultant with McKinsey & Co for a number of years, as well as the London Development Agency as an executive director, the Bank of England and the World Bank. He is a management consultant, holds a PhD in economics, is a qualified barrister, speaks Arabic and French fluently and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.
