OpenCities has been hired to assist in the reform of the financial sector in Libya. Using our experience working with central banks, our knowledge and experience of recruitment and training, and our ability to work in Arabic we are helping to establish a university graduate recruitment programme for a number of strategic organisations in the financial sector.
