Recent examples of our work:
• Reviewed and introduced basic HR processes (especially graduate recruitment, training and performance management) in central bank, 2 state banks and sovereign wealth fund in North Africa
• Led multiple workshops in Arabic to develop consensus around new performance management approaches among top management of 3 major financial institutions in North Africa; rolled out new processes and trained staff to level of retail bank branch managers
• Designed material and delivered two day workshop in Arabic on due diligence techniques to staff of financial institution in North Africa
• Conducted strategic review of financial sector training academy in North Africa
• Established basic infrastructure for city economic development board in UK including small business units, employment programs, tourism and inward investment, Mayoral office in China and Olympic social legacy unit
• Overhauled basic infrastructure at central bank in Europe and trained and managed teams including new macroeconomic forecasting models and macro-prudential surveillance of foreign banking sectors
• Researched and wrote on corporate governance of residual public sector in former soviet union and central European economies
